Off the Mat, AD+ to the World Yogathon

Every night many adults and children go to bed hungry. So many have no health care, and live in substandard conditions unthinkable here in our country. But in this Age of Aquarius, where spirit calls us to serve, help, and uplift, we find that we CAN do something and become part of the solution.

Mark your calenders, the event starts Saturday October 8th, until brunch Sunday October 9th, at Golden Bridge Yoga! Join us as we celebrate mind and body and raise funding and awareness for medical relief and to build clinics for children and communities in need around the globe. Join a community of like-minded individuals who want to give and reach out to those with no access to health care and basic healthcare education. Practice, meditate, chant, listen to kirtan, hear the gong, not just for your own self-discovery and healing, but for the healing of others and the planet.

Before the event, each registrant raises at least $500.  Make it fun: create a team of your own, get the whole family working together, find a partner, or see if you can be the top individual fundraiser.
